ORIGINAL SC1 (35-100 C), 5-pin key(s) cut to your specific code. For an SC1 key, it must be a string of 5 numbers associated with the depth cuts of the key (see next line). You assume all responsibility for the numbers you provide. This includes if the key arrives and fails to work properly due to the wrong numbers given (i.e., the key's serial numbers instead of the key code). All keys are cut to precision and are checked before being shipped.

If you order multiple keys (of one code), you will receive ONE code-cut key, and the rest will be duplicator-made copies of that one "code-cut key" (my copies came with serrations on the ramps, which was the "tell" that they were duplicator-made copies, not code-cut originals). The copies may work (for some period of time). But copies are copies, and not what I expected when I placed my order. This detail should be part of the item description for quantity greater than 1.

When asked if the keys worked, he stated that he had not tested them, only that he has had bad luck with key duplication in the past. This means that he is not aware of their functionality. Also, out of the numerous orders we've received after purchasing our high-quality machine, this was the only time a situation has been brought up. The team will update the description accordingly based on this customer's review as to not leave anything out. When messaging with the customer, we should also note that we offered to hand code cut every key for them here on out as we want all customers to be heard, understood, and satisfied. I wanted to order 15 keys cut. Everything Locks let me know that their inventory of Schlage SC1s was low at the moment and it would take a few days to get more blanks in stock. I OK'd the delay and they did a great job of promptly replying to all of my email and keeping me informed on the progress of my order. The keys just arrived and fit perfectly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The keys shipped quickly and worked really well! The blanks were of equivalent quality to the original minus the key sequence which is just a tad more secure.
