30-Day Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom cut keys and certain other custom hardware products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team for assistance in such cases.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at support@everythinglocks.net to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.

Please securely package the item in its original packaging and affix the provided return shipping label.

Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier's location.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days] business days.

Exchanges:
