Incredible first time experience with everything locks. Quick turnaround look fabulous and all worked pertly. Highly recommend. And forgot the price is great as well.
I had this company make regular keys and master keys. Each should have been cut to code, not traced. My master keys pin 1 is cut a bit shallow, so I have to lift the key a bit in order for it to push pin1 wafer up far enough to clear. Other than that all other keys they cut for me work great.
Everything Locks promptly reached out to the customer to gain some better understanding on the situation. The issue lied with the Schlage bittings on some of the keys being out of MACS.
