What I have spent with you was for nothing and I had to buy somewhere else all over again.
I liked the honest and goodhearted effort to get me the keys I have ordered quickly.
The person who responded was polite and pleasant.
However, 4 keys were cut way out of specs. Once I have noticed issues with the operation of new keys, I have measured the depth of cut using a digital micrometer accurate to 0.0001 inches. Kwikset specifies depth of cut tolerance as 0.003 inch (3 thou). Only one cut, on only one key out of 4, was within the spec. All other cuts (19 cuts out of 20 made) were wildly out of spec (overcut).

As you can see from the measurements, not only your machine is way off, but the variance of your machine is a multiple of the depth cut tolerance allowed. Look at the cuts 4 and 5. The errors there are: 8, 12, 14 and even 18 thou, while the allowed tolerance is 3 thou.
